Scarp Ridge Capital Partners was founded in 2021 by Greg Rush, who has 30 years of institutional real estate investing and capital markets experience. Greg’s prior experience includes senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Dune Real Estate Partners and Cadre. At Dune and Cadre, Greg sat on the investment committees as well as on the management committee at Cadre. Greg has invested and advised on transactions in excess of $60 billion and has sat on public and private company boards.

We seek to provide bespoke financial solutions for our capital and operating partners and embrace complexity and structure to optimize risk-adjusted returns for our investors. Our investments may take the form of stretch senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred or common equity through the recapitalization, restructuring or acquisition of real estate assets.
