Scarp Ridge is seeking to acquire private pay senior living assets offering a range of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care at significant discounts to replacement cost. We address near-term macro and deal-specific challenges by bringing a tailored approach including the proper capital and operating team to position these communities for long-term success.

Scarp Ridge will partner with “best in class” owners and operators to pursue assets across other asset classes where there may be broad or deal-level dislocation or opportunity that meet our stated strategy.
